All orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Priority shipping is available for a small fee. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We are not able to refund for lost or stolen packages, but we will offer a shop credit AFTER 30 days of no movement through the USPS tracking website.

The aged sizes are an approximation, please be advised that they fit the average head size for that age group - not all babies have the same size head. When in doubt, please consider sizing up. Baby can grow into something, but if it's too small they'll never get to wear it!
